Master Classes
Aboto also conducts specialised masterclasses for professionals working in the field. These masterclasses are delivered at venues in capital cities across Australia when enough interest is registered. Masterclasses are held with a maximum of 15 participants in order that they are interactive and attention can be provided to the needs of all participants. At times masterclasses are developed in partnership with other professionals and experts in the field, or are conducted through professional associations. Train the Trainer: Developing two programs to prevent and manage bullying and harassment at work.
This is a full day masterclass aimed to assist trainers, HR professionals and equity advisers working in the areas of bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination. This workshop can be delivered in-house for organisations who employ their own trainers and equity advisers, however, if enough general interest is registered, the workshop will be delivered at a suitable venue in your capital city. Bullying and Mediation: How can we make mediating bullying complaints more effective?
This full day masterclass is designed for professional mediators, and introduces an occupational health and safety model of mediation that is specifically designed for mediating complaints of workplace bullying.
