Sexual Harassment
Moira has dealt with sexual harassment complaints as a conciliator with the South Australian Equal Opportunity Commission. She has considerable experience training a wide audience in relation to their rights and their specific responsibilities in preventing and managing sexual harassment. This training has included a four day workshop in Fiji that she co-facilitated with a colleague for a group of Fijian business leaders following the introduction of sexual harassment industrial legislation in Fiji.
She has investigated a number of sexual harassment complaints, and assisted organisations to identify risks that may be present, that could contribute to sexual harassment complaints. She assists organisations to develop specific polices and complaint procedures in relation to sexual harassment.
