Conflict Resolution Services
While healthy debate and conflict can lead to greater ideas and new ways of doing things, disrespectful behaviour and unhealthy conflicts can contribute to poor team morale, breakdown in relationships and the stifling of ideas and innovative thought. Sustained unhealthy conflict is a risk factor for bullying complaints as conflict can also escalate into workplace bullying if not addressed and stopped early.
At Aboto we can assist your team to address conflict more constructively and respectfully. We can assist your managers to learn how to diffuse conflicts and help resolve conflicts between staff members. Good conflict resolution skills is an integral part of any managers job.
Moira can also mediate escalated conflicts, with the aims of helping both parties talk abut the issues that are causing them grief, and helping them come to a sustainable resolution.
